Company Registration

Company Registration

Registration of a capital company in the National Court Register (KRS) is a complex and time-consuming process. With our help, you will carry it out efficiently and, by avoiding errors, speed up its establishment. The company registration process includes:

  • Preparation of the articles of association and other necessary documents. Custom draft upon request (pricing determined individually).
  • Organizing a meeting at the notary's office to sign the articles of association.
  • Preparation of official forms by our consultants and their submission to the appropriate commercial court.
  • Monitoring the progress of the registration process (NIP, REGON, entry in the register).
  • VAT and VAT-EU registration at the appropriate tax office.
  • Delivery of full company documentation to the owner (KRS excerpt, REGON, VAT).
