We provide you with an address in a modern office building right on the edge of Warsaw city center. You can use this address for setting up a business or registering a company. This address can also be used on your marketing materials and as your official correspondence address.

In this specialized option, we provide the client with a unique office room number. This information will be explicitly included in your lease agreement.
Every incoming shipment will be received at our reception desk and registered in our system. We will store your correspondence until you pick it up in person or request forwarding to a specified address.
You will be notified electronically via the specified email address about every piece of mail received.
The Office Plus package includes a courier forwarding service to your chosen address once a month. For Business Address and Virtual Office packages, mail forwarding is available at a rate of 40 PLN net per shipment.
In the Virtual Office, Office Plus, and Virtual Address packages, your correspondence is scanned into electronic form. Above the established monthly limits, the cost for each additional page is 1 PLN net. Scanned images are available 24/7 in the Client Panel.
In the Virtual Office and Office Plus packages, we provide you with access to conference rooms (2 and 4 hours per month limit). The price beyond the limit is 40 PLN net/hr. The room is designed for 4 people and equipped with multimedia tools. A larger room for 8 people is available for 50 PLN net/hr.
In the Virtual Office and Office Plus packages, we accept orders for sending outgoing mail. We prefer orders to be sent via email. The handling cost is 5 PLN net + standard postal fees. For formal reasons, we only handle registered mail.
