Registration of changes in the National Court Register - 450 PLN net
The price includes a one-time application filling, regardless of the scope of changes performed.
Determining the Scope of Company Changes:

- change / update of PKD (business activity codes)
- preparation of applications
- monitoring application status in KRS
All official court fees are covered by the client. In some cases, a change to the articles of association may be necessary. Our lawyer will make the appropriate entries in the company's agreement. The cost of such service is 350 PLN net, plus notary fees of approx. 500 PLN.
