Company reservation by the client
Providing company profile access in the court system - s24 portal
Signing the sales agreement with an electronic signature
Handover of company documents via mail or digital scans

Postal Company Sale Procedure

We send a set of documents to be signed
You sign the documents at your notary and send them back to us.
Once they arrive, we sign them at our notary.
The completed documents are sent back to you.

* Court fees of 300 PLN (EKRS) or 350 PLN (paper form) should be added to the company purchase cost. For sales before a notary, additional notary costs of approx. 200 PLN apply.

** Valid when signing a 12-month accounting service agreement. We offer comprehensive accounting and HR/payroll services for sole proprietorships and commercial law companies. We keep account books in accordance with relevant regulations, considering the specific nature of each company. Our accounting office is licensed by the Ministry of Finance and holds professional liability insurance (OC).
